I am favored to have been raised by an incomparable woman of faith, class, compassion, and abundant love!!! Gone but NEVER forgotten!!
My wonderful mom: Cora Cleveland 1933 - 2012. The numbers on either side are of no consequence. It's the "dash" in the middle that makes all the difference. Her works speak for her and the rich legacy she leaves is an inspiration to many. Deeply grateful to God for a lifetime of memories, caring for her for several years in my home, and the profound transformation that I have experienced as a result of her teachings, prayers, and wisdom.
Thanks, everyone, for the kind words and prayers. Our anchor holds and grips the solid ROCK of Jesus Christ! We are saddened, yet we rejoice in our impeccable mom's glorious entrance into the presence of the Lord, where she now awaits the trumpet sound to meet Him in the air! I was thinking this morning about life in general. Considering the life challenges I've had over the past 4 years. Surviving a near fatal illness, financial fatalities, spiritual and natural attacks, the loss of my son and greater personal attacks. One would say the devil has been busy. I say God allowed these things to make sure YOU never forget that He does the unthinkable in extremely dark situations. If truth be told, I LITERALLY have more today than I did when the money was plentiful, my health was great and everything was fine. I could never replace my son but God has given me 2 BEAUTIFUL new grandbabies since his demise and in about a week I'll have another one.
The Moral...
EVEN IN THE DARK TIMES GOD HAD ME COVERED!

I have heard people say, for many years, "God said it, I believe it and that settles it." I have tried for many years to tell them that God said it and THAT settles it. It really doesn't matter if we believe it or not (but it is wise for us to believe it).

Whatever happened to Street Ministry? On the east coast back in the day, we had street summer services and during other months passed out tracks and prayed for people from house to house; souls were saved and added to the Church.
What has happened to evangelism--

We just can't sit by and watch people die and lose their souls while we shout, dance, and speak in tongues in a building they may never step foot in.
